Frequently Asked Questions
What types of projects do you take on?
We specialize in commercial casework for medical offices, hotels, tenant in-fill spaces, institutional buildings, and and multi-family complexes — including reception areas and clubhouses. We do not take on residential cabinetry or single-home installations.
Do you build everything in-house?
Yes. All casework is fabricated in our Gentry, AR or Grandview, MO facilities. Both locations are equipped for full-scale production, allowing us to control quality and timelines.
Can you handle large-volume or multi-phase projects?
Yes. Our production capacity and staffing are designed for scalability. We routinely complete large multi-phase jobs across the Four-State Region.
How do you handle plan reviews?
We take plan accuracy seriously. Every project is reviewed in detail by our team before production begins. This reduces surprises on site and ensures the work matches architectural intent.
Do you offer installation services?
Upon request, Mid-America Casework provides highly skilled craftsman for installation and reliable trades.
What materials and finishes do you work with?
We build high-pressure laminate casework with a wide range of standard and custom finish options. If you have spec sheets or preferred brands, we can match them.
How do you quote projects?
Send us your construction drawings or scope of work. We’ll review them and return a detailed quote based on materials, quantities, timelines, and delivery location.
What areas do you serve?
We serve commercial projects throughout Arkansas, Oklahoma, Missouri, and Kansas. Our facilities support both regional and out-of-state work.
